Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is a Rest Day?
A Rest Day is eight hours away from home where everything has already been prepared for you. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, food and drinks, self-care amenities, and access to the home and property. There’s nothing you need to accomplish while you’re here. The whole point is to have a day where nothing is asking anything from you.
What happens when I arrive?
Your host, Lindsey, will be there to welcome you, show you around the house, and help you get settled into your private room. After that, the day is yours.
Will Lindsey be there all day?
Yes. Lindsey remains on-site throughout the Rest Day to refresh food and drinks, take care of the little details, and be available if you need anything. Otherwise, you’ll have plenty of space and privacy to unplug and enjoy your day.
Will there be other guests there?
Individual Rest Days are limited to just four guests. Every guest has their own private bedroom and bathroom, so you can spend as much—or as little—time in the shared spaces as you’d like. Private Team Rest Days reserve the experience for your group.
Do I have to socialize with the other guests?
Not at all. Come Rest isn’t a retreat with group activities or an itinerary. You can say hello and then disappear into your room for eight hours if that’s what you need. There is no expectation to socialize.
What am I supposed to do for eight hours?
Whatever sounds restful to you. Take a walk, sit outside with coffee, stretch, take a long shower, do your skincare, use your red-light mask, eat lunch, read, nap, watch a movie—or do absolutely nothing. We give you plenty of options, but none of them are requirements.
Do I have to arrive exactly at 9 AM?
No. Your Rest Day is available from 9 AM–5 PM, but you’re welcome to arrive anytime after 9. Come when it works for you.
Can I leave before 5 PM?
Absolutely. The space is yours until 5 PM, but there’s no requirement to stay for the entire eight hours.
What should I bring?
As little as possible. Comfortable clothes and whatever you personally enjoy while relaxing—a book, journal, headphones, favorite movie, etc. We provide towels, self-care amenities, food and beverages, and even a phone charger. No overnight packing required.
Is food included?
Yes. Food, snacks and beverages are available throughout your Rest Day, along with options like coffee, cold brew, AG1 greens, MUD/WTR and Ka’Chava. You’re also welcome to order something through a delivery service if you’re craving something specific.
What self-care amenities are included?
Your Rest Day includes elevated amenities such as a Hydrinity facial mask, HigherDOSE red-light therapy facial mask, handcrafted St. Lucia body exfoliants, shower amenities, towels, yoga mats and other small comforts throughout the house.
Do I have to use the amenities or follow an itinerary?
Nope. Everything is optional. There is no schedule, class or list of things you need to complete. The amenities are simply there when and if you want them.
Can I come with a friend?
Yes! You can each reserve an Individual Rest Day for the same date, subject to availability. Or you can reserve the double room and split the price! If you want the entire experience exclusively for your group, you can reserve a Private Team Rest Day for up to four guests..
Is Come Rest an overnight stay?
No. Come Rest is intentionally a daytime experience. Your private space is available from 9 AM–5 PM, so you get the feeling of getting away without needing to plan an overnight trip.
Where is Come Rest located?
Rest Days are hosted in the Clermont/Minneola area near Orlando. Detailed arrival information is provided to booked guests before their Rest Day.
What if I forget something?
We planned for that too. We keep a “Forgot Something?” basket with everyday essentials so a forgotten toothbrush or hair tie doesn’t need to become another thing for you to worry about
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Because each Rest Day has very limited availability, reservations are paid in full at booking and are subject to the cancellation/refund policy provided during checkout.
Do I have to use the amenities or follow an itinerary?
Nope. Everything is optional. There is no schedule, class or list of things you need to complete. The amenities are simply there when and if you want them.
