What to Expect
Before your Rest Day, if you’d like we’ll have a short planning call to learn about your team, confirm food preferences and any access needs, and choose simple house guidelines (no loud music, respect everyone’s space, etc.). You’ll get one clear confirmation email with address, timing, and exactly what to tell your employees so they arrive relaxed, not unsure.
On the day, we’ll have the house ready: bedrooms made, bathrooms stocked, snacks out, coffee on, lunch prepped. Your group is welcomed, given a quick tour. Expect pockets of quiet in private rooms, unhurried time in shared spaces, and gentle prompts for reflection or walks if people want them. No forced icebreakers, no slide decks, no one from your team “running” the day.
You leave with everyone a little calmer, clearer, and more restored than when they walked in, and we handle reset and clean‑up after you go.
